Pvc Coated Window Screen

PVC coated window screen is our upgraded product for outdoor applications. We apply a layer of PVC material over fiberglass mesh. This gives the screen better water resistance, weather resistance, and tear resistance. The PVC coating makes this product thicker and stiffer than regular fiberglass screens. It does not warp easily. This is important for large windows or outdoor pergolas that need wide mesh panels. The coating also has a smooth surface that resists dust. You can clean this product with a simple wipe of a damp cloth.

The key to making PVC coated window screen is the coating process. If the coating is too thick, the screen becomes stiff and hard to roll. If it is too thin, the protection is weak. Our factory has spent years perfecting our coating process. We apply a uniform PVC layer with strong adhesion to the fiberglass base. After coating, we test this product for weather resistance. We make sure the coating does not crack or peel under high heat, sunlight, or freezing conditions. This product is mainly exported to regions with strong sunlight. Customers tell us it lasts much longer than regular screens. The price is higher, but the lower replacement frequency makes it more cost-effective in the long run.
