For accessories or profiles requiring on-site cutting, the cuts should be clean and tightly fitted to the existing structure. If necessary, use sealant or waterproof tape to reinforce joints to prevent water seepage or loosening. Check for interference at joints of multiple components, especially ensuring sufficient clearance between moving and fixed parts to prevent jamming due to thermal expansion and contraction or wear.
The debugging and acceptance process after installation is essential. Each opening, closing, locking, and sliding mechanism should be tested for smoothness, checking for abnormal noises, blockages, or incomplete closure. For electric or remote-controlled accessories, a power-on test run is required to confirm accurate signal response and limit switches. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped and the cause investigated. Common issues include uneven force due to misaligned holes, increased friction due to insufficient lubrication, or mismatch between accessory dimensions and profiles. These must be corrected before formal use. Finally, clean up any residue on site. Exposed metal parts can be treated with simple rust prevention measures, and rubber seals should be protected from grease and other contaminants.
