During gluing and pressing, pressure, temperature, and time must be controlled to prevent delamination, blistering, or warping. Surface coating should undergo multiple rounds of sanding and spraying to ensure a uniform coating, strong adhesion, and the absence of defects such as runs and pinholes. During assembly, the installation position and tightening torque of hinges, slide rails, and locks must be checked item by item to ensure smooth opening and closing and tight closure.
Finished product inspection should cover dimensional verification, structural strength testing, functional operation testing, and performance verification. For example, soundproof doors require laboratory sound transmission loss testing, fire doors must undergo fire resistance time testing according to standards, and motorized partition doors require verification of the coordinated reliability of the drive, sensing, and safety protection systems. Inspection records should be fully archived for traceability and improvement.
Quality control during the installation phase is equally crucial. On-site measurement and pre-assembly can detect civil engineering deviations in advance, avoiding deformation or sealing failure caused by forced installation; fixing points and connection methods should meet load-bearing requirements, and the levelness and verticality of tracks or rollers must be precisely adjusted; after installation, the opening range, closing gap, and sealing effect should be checked, and moving parts should be lubricated and their functions confirmed.
Continued quality in after-sales and maintenance is reflected in regular inspections and rapid response mechanisms. For structural loosening, hardware wear, coating peeling, or functional abnormalities that occur during use, the cause should be diagnosed promptly, and repairs or replacements should be implemented to prevent defects from escalating and affecting safety and performance.
Overall, the quality control of partition doors is a systematic project that involves multiple stages and disciplines. Only by simultaneously focusing on reasonable design, reliable materials, stable processes, rigorous inspection, and standardized installation can we ensure that they can consistently provide comprehensive value in terms of separation, protection, and aesthetics in actual use.
